Service Description

Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) offers a cost-effective and efficient approach to resolving conflicts outside of traditional courtrooms. By engaging in methods such as mediation or arbitration, ADR provides parties with a neutral platform to discuss their differences and arrive at mutually acceptable solutions. With its focus on collaboration and flexibility, ADR empowers individuals and businesses to maintain control over the outcome of their disputes while promoting constructive dialogue and preserving relationships. Consultation is not required. We charge in 15 minute increments. All appointments are tentative until confirmed by Atlantic Mediation Services.
